Step 2. Purchase your Volunteer Summer Pass using the links below.

You will receive an email containing confirmation of your purchase as well as instructions on how to process and redeem your Volunteer Summer Pass at Dollywood.

Step 3. Bring your confirmation email and proof of residency (state or federally issued photo ID displaying an eligible East Tennessee zip code) to the Dollywood Front Gate ticket windows on your first visit to the park to process and receive your photo card. IMPORTANT NOTE: All passholders must be present with the purchaser to be able to process and receive their Volunteer Summer Pass card. • Anyone 16 years of age or older must present their photo I.D. with a valid East Tennessee zip code.
• Children ages 15 & under without a photo I.D. will not be required to show proof of residency.
• If you’ve recently moved to the area and the address on your photo I.D. has not been updated yet, you may show proof of residency by showing an electric bill, water bill or personal checking account along with your photo I.D.
